Keynotes

The Seven Lies Your Brain Is Telling You

This talk helps women identify the subtle but powerful mental narratives that quietly undermine confidence, leadership, and momentum. Drawing from her work on mindset and mental chatter, Molly Gimmel exposes the most common lies that women internalize - beliefs that sound like truth but actually keep them stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and playing small. With warmth, humor, and real-world examples, this talk helps women recognize these patterns without shame and see them for what they are: habits of thought, not facts.

This session goes beyond inspiration to give women practical tools to challenge their inner critic, reframe limiting beliefs in real time, and lead with greater clarity and self-trust. While the core message resonates with women across all roles, the talk can be customized for women business owners, corporate leaders, or women in specific industries to reflect the pressures and realities they face every day.

What attendees will learn from this session:

  • The seven most common mental lies that sabotage women's confidence and leadership

  • How to recognize when mental chatter - not reality - is driving decisions

  • Simple retraining tools to interrupt self-doubt and overthinking

  • Greater clarity, confidence, and permission to lead without waiting to feel ready

No Filter Leadership: No More "Faking It"

We’ve all been told to “show up as our best selves,” but somewhere along the way, that became code for polishing away our edges and faking perfection. In this energizing and unfiltered keynote, leadership expert and author Molly Gimmel calls out the myth that leaders have to pretend to be flawless in order to be effective.

Drawing from her acclaimed book Master Your Mindset: How Women Leaders Step Up, Molly introduces her signature CIA Leadership Framework: Confidence, Integrity, and Authenticity, as the antidote to performative leadership. With humor, candor, and real-world stories from more than two decades of leading teams and companies, she helps audiences rediscover what it means to lead from a place of truth rather than pretense.

“No Filter Leadership” invites professionals at every level to ditch the mask, own their voice, and lead with courage, clarity, and conviction. Because when you stop pretending, people start believing, and that’s where real influence begins.

What attendees will learn from this session:

  • How to replace perfectionism with presence by embracing imperfection as a leadership strength

  • Simple mindset shifts to lead with confidence instead of comparison, fear, or self-doubt

  • Why integrity and authenticity build lasting trust and how to practice both even under pressure

  • Practical strategies to inspire followership through transparency, empathy, and purpose-driven action
